Malone v Cashel

Two wins from two against Munster teams in the opening weeks. Can this Malone team make it three when they travel to Tipperary again to play Cashel. Head coach Paddy Armstrong is expecting another tough and physical contest. It is always very difficult to go down there. It is one of the most competitive leagues in years so every game is tough.

The coach is awaiting late fitness tests on Ryan Clarke and Peter Cooper. James McAllister and Phil Lucas remain on the injured list but are progressing well.

Ulster releases include Jack Owens, Peter Cooper, Matthew Dalton and Joe Dunleavy.

The Malone players are looking forward to the challenge this weekend.
