Malone Women faced Queens Ladies 2nd XV today in the ReJenerate Cup. It was a hard fought game and all credit to Queens for sticking at it. Both sides where hard at it attacking and defending. Tho the game started with 14 aside in finnished with 12 aside with Queens sadly losing 2 players to injury. Malone dropped players and went to uncontested scrums in the later part of the game to allow for the injuries Queens recieved. Regardless of the smaller numbers Queens and Malone battled right through to the final whistle. Tho the game went in Malones favour Queens 2nd XV can hold their heads up for not giving up. Thank you for a great day and hope the Queens girls enjoyed the craic in the bar.
